I am currently the front-end project lead for the main site re-design. Now that the site has been launched my responsibilities include working with the campus partners on deployment practices, training, structure, image curation. My daily task list covers every aspect of the site migration and success planning going forward.
I was and am part of a team of dedicated professionals who put effort and thought in designing a new site, with a new content management system behind it that will power CSUN’s goals in a modern and engaging framework.
In the preliminary stages, I supplied college and divisions with detailed site inventories, a listing of pages to be used as a planning and scope guide. Along with that I created a migration assessment form, quantifying important page attributes, such as title, outcome(s), audience, SEO attributes, etc.
